How Airlay floors are specified and laid
We start from the room plan, the traffic and the finish you want. Then we measure, choose a range and order from a single dye lot where we can.
Carpet tile goes down on a clean, level slab with tile adhesive or a release system. Vinyl needs a smooth, dry base, so patching and levelling often come first.

Can one damaged Airlay carpet tile be replaced?
Yes. Carpet tile is made for this. We suggest keeping a few spare tiles from the same batch after handover.
Is Airlay vinyl waterproof?
Vinyl resists water on its surface, but the base and joins still matter. Wet rooms need the right product and careful detailing.
