How we work
Every job follows three steps. Knowing them up front makes it easier to plan around us and to know what comes next.
Planning around your building
Every building has its own rules. Some sites need induction before anyone enters. Some have quiet hours, lift bookings or limits on dust and noise. We ask about these early and build them into the plan.
We also keep the steps separate on purpose. Each one ends with a clear point where you can ask questions, change direction or give the go-ahead for what follows. Nothing moves on until you are comfortable with it.
That is why the first step matters so much. A little time spent understanding your site saves a lot of trouble once the crew arrives, and it keeps the job on track from the first day to the last.
Step one: measure and plan
We visit the site, look at the existing floor and measure each room. We talk through how the space is used, the finish you want and any dates you need to meet.
From that we work out the quantities, the order of work and what preparation the base needs.
Step two: installation
Once the plan is agreed, materials are ordered and the crew arrives. The base is prepared, the floor is laid and the details are finished.
We keep the site tidy, respect the rules of the building and tell you straight away if we find something unexpected.
Step three: handover and care
When the floor is finished, we go through it with you. We point out the details and explain how to look after the surface so it keeps its good looks.
