By accessing and using the VanishPro website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

VanishPro provides flooring supply and installation services across Victoria. Our services include:

• Supply of commercial flooring products (vinyl sheet, luxury vinyl plank and tile, carpet tile and broadloom)
• Professional commercial flooring installation
• Free site measures and quotes
• After-sales support and warranty services

3. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
• Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during installation.
• A deposit may be required to confirm your order.

4. Installation Terms

• Site Preparation: The customer is responsible for ensuring the site is ready for installation, including removing furniture and ensuring subfloor is clean and level.
• Access: Adequate access must be provided for delivery and installation teams.
• Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, supplier delays, or site access issues.

5. Warranty

VanishPro provides a 2-year warranty on all installation work. This warranty covers:

• Defects in workmanship
• Installation-related issues

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, flooding, or normal wear and tear. Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, PayPal
• A deposit of 50% is required upon order confirmation.
• The balance is due upon completion of installation.
• Late payments may incur additional charges.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• Before Order Processing: Full refund of deposit minus any administrative fees.
• After Materials Ordered: Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered.
• Custom Orders: Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VanishPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree:

• Not to use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not to transmit any viruses or malicious code
• That product images and descriptions are for illustration purposes and actual products may vary slightly

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of VanishPro and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
