85-Apartment Complex

This Altona complex holds 85 apartments, so the job ran as a repeating cycle: one finish, installed again and again as sections of the building became ready.

Hybrid plank with a timber look went into the living spaces, on a sound-dampening underlay that softens footsteps between neighbours. Godfrey Hirst carpet tile covered the corridors and shared areas, where it had to cope with heavy foot traffic, luggage and trolleys on moving day.
