Corridor Refurbishment

This job replaced worn corridor floors in a Port Melbourne building where residents kept living at home. People came and went with shopping, prams and bikes, so access had to stay open.

The old carpet came up. New Signature Floors carpet tile and Godfrey Hirst broadloom went down along the corridors and lift lobbies, picked to keep sound soft and to cope with a whole building walking over them. The crew took one storey at a time and kept each area tidy.
