The main rooms of this Spotswood dental practice carry about 95 m² of luxury vinyl plank, with the boards turned into a herringbone. Before any plank went down, we ground roughly 84 m² of concrete and feather-finished it, so the surface was smooth and level.
The sterilisation room received commercial vinyl sheet with 100 mm coving, which gives a sealed floor that is easy to clean. We then covered about 84 m² of the new vinyl with protection, so the trades still working inside could not mark it.
