This Frankston eye-care clinic needed a mix of finishes. Carpet tile went into offices and waiting areas, vinyl plank into consulting rooms, reception and walkways, and two kinds of vinyl sheet into the clinical and service rooms. Masonite underlay covered the whole area first.

Wherever two finishes meet, the edge had to sit flush. The hardest cut was a circle of carpet fitted into the plank beneath the rounded front desk. We worked room by room, so the clinic could keep running while the floors changed.
