440 Collins Street

This Collins Street tower stands in the middle of Melbourne's business district. Its floors had to look sharp at the lift doors and stay quiet under hundreds of desks and rolling chairs.

Godfrey Hirst carpet tile went across the open workspaces and meeting rooms, which keeps noise down and lets a damaged tile be swapped on its own. Karndean luxury vinyl plank with a timber look marked out reception, breakout spaces and walkways. The crew worked after hours so tenants could keep trading.
