85 Spring Street

Melbourne CBD, VIC. Patterned carpet tile for the lobbies and corridors of a twelve-level city tower on Spring Street.

Every visitor, courier and tenant passes through the lobbies and corridors of this twelve-level tower. Those floors needed to hide daily wear.

We chose carpet tile from Signature Floors and Godfrey Hirst in patterned, office-toned colours. If one tile gets marked or frayed, it comes up and a new one goes in, with no need to touch the rest of the level. The crew moved from one level to the next outside business hours.
