Cavalo Prestige

Cavalo Prestige is a multi-level apartment development in Docklands. Buyers expected a real timber floor, and the building also had to keep noise between homes under control.

Engineered timber boards went into the lounge and dining spaces on a sound-dampening underlay. Signature Floors carpet tile covered the shared corridors, where a worn piece can be swapped singly. The crew worked up the building, so finished homes were ready while building went on above.
