Nest at the Hill Apartments

Nest at the Hill is an apartment development with private homes, shared corridors and entry lobbies. Each part of the building needed a floor that suited how people use it.

Hybrid plank with a timber look went through the living rooms on a sound-dampening underlay, which reduces footstep noise from one home to the next. Godfrey Hirst carpet tile covered the corridors and lobbies, standing up to daily foot traffic. Sections were finished one after another as the building neared completion.
